Provenance
807 Navy Street was built in 1990 as an artist's studio. It has had an interesting "life" and has enjoyed a very eclectic group of tenants. Ray Gun magazine was published from the building in 1992. There was a large graphics firm headquartered here. Several families with children have called 807 Navy home. Groundbreaking TV series were written here, notably "The Affair" and "Mozart in the Jungle". This site also housed a hedge fund as a live work space.
The Solar System
You can not see it from the street, but there are 39 solar panels on the roof. The system can produce 16.1 kW of electricity that feeds into the electrical system of the house. Quite frequently the electric meter runs backwards during the day.
